Cancellation and Transfer
Registration cancellations submitted in writing prior to January 7, 2011 will incur a $75 cancellation fee. After January 7, 2011 registration fees are non-refundable. Direct transfer (e.g. married couple to married couple) of a conference registration to another party or a track alteration (e.g. from Track 2 to Track 3), as long as the track is not full, is permitted for a $25 fee.
