June 12, 2010 was a historical moment for Faith Bible Seminary. On that day eleven men from six local churches became the first graduating class.

Challenges with the traditional seminary model led these men and their churches (Kossuth Street Baptist Church, Lafayette, IN; Battle Ground Bible Church of West Lafayette, IN; Calvary Baptist Church of Joliet, IL; Portage Avenue Baptist Church of Portage, IN; Bethel Bible Church of Winamac, IN; Faith Baptist Church of Lafayette, IN) to pioneer a new seminary model.

Three years have passed since these churches seized the opportunity to keep these young men in their churches to train them with the assistance of FBS. We have completed what we set out to do in equipping men for ministry by providing solid biblical training, three years of practical ministry experience, debt free graduation, and spiritually strong families upon graduation. To God be the glory, great things He has done.

At this historic moment, FBS would like to thank all of the faithful friends who have prayed, given, and invested in making the dream of FBS become a reality.
