| Deanne Callan
Director
Deanne has served as Director of Faith Community Infant Care since the program began in August, 2007. She graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College with a B.A. in Elementary Education, emphasis in Early Childhood Education. Prior to serving as Director of FCIC, Deanne taught K-3 and K-4 for 3 1/2 years at Faith Christian Preschool.
Deanne enjoys spending time with her husband and infant son.

Dianne Golder
Lead Teacher
Diane
has been the lead teacher of the Infant Room since August, 2007. She
has previous experience working in a home daycare. Diane loves caring
for God’s little blessings and is the mother of 3 grown boys.
| Michelle McGhee
Caregiver
Michelle
began providing care in the Infant Room in 2007. She has worked in
children’s church ministries for 5 years and has 2 children ages 11 and
12. Michelle loves children and finds great joy in caring for them.

Lead Teacher
Kelly is the lead teacher of the Crawler’s Room. She was a stay at home mother for 7 years before entering the childcare setting over 2 years ago. Kelly has two children of her own.

Lisa Ford
Lead Teacher
Lisa has been Lead Teacher in the One Year Room since joining the staff in August, 2007. She has been working with, and caring for children over 15 years. Along with teaching in FCM Infant Care, Lisa oversees Faith Community Center's After School Care Program for children ages 5-11. Lisa is a mother of three children. Tina moved to Lafayette 2 1/2 years ago and has been working with children ever since. She is a mother of a 4 year old and enjoys teaching the one year olds at FCIC. |  |

Lead Teacher
Michele graduated from Tennessee Temple with a degree in Elementary Education. She has previously instructed toddler through preschool age children. She is actively involved with her church's VBS and children’s ministries.

Heather has worked with children through various church ministries and enjoys caring for children while helping them learn. She is also a mother of a 6 year old son. |  |
